Is all your audio in one file? If not then this may help as having gaps between audio in the flash timeline isn't recognised by flash, you have to have some white noise filler in between otherwise flash will play the next audio file immediately after the last finished, ignoring any gaps.
Also audio tends to slowly go out of sync after about 2 minutes. It's a good Idea to have any part after 2 minutes in a movie clip along with the next half of the audio file to keep it all in sync.

Really? I hope you can PM me and give me some more info. It does seem like the sound effects play one after another and the fight scene is about 3 mins long. the background music is lagging as well.
